Wilds'Cool

Wilds'Cool because wilderness and nature are in fact 'cool'.

Wilds'Cool

Junior Rangers in discussion with Park Ranger Brendan

In 2018 St Brigid's became a Wilds'Cool working in collaboration with Parks and Wildlife to explore and understand both our own site and National Park.

As a Wilds'Cool St Brigid's are fortunate to have wonderful volunteers who come in and work with our students, plan and present amazing experiences here and in the Park and ensure ongoing enthusiasm for care of our environment.

In 2019 we are already planning field trips, more work on our river edges and learning about animals, plants and caring for these.

If you are at Mount Field visitor centre you may notice outside a tree recognising St Brigid's efforts and enthusiasm with a plaque nest to it, leaving a mark for all to see
